Aunt Maria came from NYC to spend the weekend. It was a fun time filled with shopping, eating out, baking, cooking, laughing, going to mass and playing!
This is a Moosewood Restaurant recipe for chocolate ganache cake! Maria made the entire cake and it was awesome. Mom made fennel risotto and Dad made seared scallops and sirlon steaks! Too bad I don't have teeth yet to enjoy all of this delectable cuisine.
I also received an Eeyore stuffed animal from Frances and Bill! Thank you! I can't wait to see you both soon....we miss you!
